Cottontail Preschool is located in beautiful Chula vista. We are known for our “home away from home” atmosphere, which is a memory of many in the community. We are committed to meeting the needs of our children and their families. At cottontail preschool we believe in providing a loving and secure environment where your child can grow at their own pace while developing socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually. Our full time and partime programs provide inclusive settings that recognize children’s varied abilities, interests, needs and learning. We believe children learn best through meaningful play. We are committed to provide a play based program that guides children through the process of learning. Children are actively engaging in hands on play experiences with their peers while be cared for by experienced and nurturing teachers.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner/ Director

I worked at Cottontail Preschool for over four years as the 3 year old teacher before purchasing it and becoming the owner/director. Owning a preschool was a dream I had always had, and when the door opened for this opportunity I knew instantly that it was meant to be. I have four children of my own ages 28,25,22,13 and four beautiful grandchildren. Children make me laugh and I love being around them.
